BWM Wellness was born from both my professional journey and my personal calling. After OVER A DECADE of caring for patients at the bedside, I began to notice a common thread: people longed not only for medical treatment, but for deeper healing, understanding, and true connection. Time and time again, patients would tell me, “I wish you could be my personal nurse.” Those words stayed with me — and planted the seed for this work.
Here, I bring together the knowledge of modern nursing with the wisdom of holistic living, plant-based nourishment, and spiritual practices. My mission is to remind each person that they are beautifully and wonderfully made, worthy of balance, healing, and alignment.
